Disclosure Levels

Every Obligation Object carries a disclosurePolicy: MINIMAL, STANDARD, or DISCLOSED. This governs what information is shared with the executing HSC, with intermediate routers, and with counterparty domains during netting.

Under MINIMAL, an HSC receives only what it needs to execute — notional, unit, and a recipient reference. Origin participant identity and upstream routing path are withheld. STANDARD and DISCLOSED progressively widen visibility, typically where required by destination domain regulatory posture or execution class.

Netting-Time Disclosure

Cycle detection and multilateral netting (11–12) operate on domain-pair aggregates, not individual obligations, which means compression itself does not require revealing any single obligation's details to counterparty domains — only the net position of the aggregate.
